This spring, I had the privilege of capturing Ken and Christina's intimate wedding in Jefferson County, West Virginia—a ceremony filled with sweetness and love. The couple journeyed from afar to exchange vows in our charming county, and it's no wonder why. Jefferson County holds all the charms for the perfect wedding locale.
What makes Jefferson County so ideal for tying the knot? Look no further than the Jefferson County Courthouse in Charles Town. Its architecture is simply breathtaking, boasting elegant lines, enchanting light fixtures, a beautifully illuminated stairwell, and intricate old-world details. It's a truly enchanting setting to proclaim your love.
Just a short 10-minute drive from the courthouse lies the ever-stunning Harper's Ferry. During our visit, we were fortunate to witness the Virginia Bluebells in full bloom. With the Shenandoah and Potomac rivers gracefully weaving through the landscape, it's a picturesque backdrop for any dream wedding.
